Here in eastern Iowa along the Mississippi River valley, we have a garden that the legendary Lady Catherine de Bourgh would likely term a "prettyish kind of a little wilderness." Here will (hopefully) be posted regular pictures of our own prettyish wilderness in town and shots of the surrounding area.
This past weekend we went down to Texas for a wedding. Here is a prettyish wilderness picture from one of the courtyards at the Alamo. This is a fantastic live oak that is around 200 years old.
